RAUE LLP secured a victory on behalf of its client, a construction company, at the higher court of Munich against a procurement chamber decision. The City of Munich had originally awarded a contract for street cleaning and winter services to the client. After a competitor challenged the award, the procurement chamber declared the contract void. RAUE LLP successfully challenged the decision of the procurement chamber before the higher court of Munich, which then overruled the decision. As a consequence, the challenged contract can now be executed.
