Antitrust Law
Raue LLP advises companies on all German and European antitrust law matters. The antitrust group covers general antitrust and merger control issues as well as general and sector-specific market power abuse and discrimination casesin the energy, media, telecommunications and transport sectors.
 
We represent domestic and international companies in merger control proceedings vis-à-vis the Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt) and the European Commission, and in court proceedings before national and European courts. We also advise companies on contract-related antitrust and competition issues, and on questions relating to the control of market-dominant companies. 
 
Furthermore, we have extensive experience of advising companies and public bodies on antitrust and competition-related policy and legislation.

Public Procurement Law
RAUE LLP advises companies and public bodies on all the issues which arise in the field of German and European public procurement law. We have extensive experience in various sectors including energy and natural resources, health care, infrastructure and transportation, construction and real estate, media, and telecommunications. We advise our clients at every stage of public tender proceedings, helping tenderers with the establishment of tendering consortiums, the drafting of tender documents, and the negotiation of contracts and assisting contracting authorities in structuring the award procedure and associated documentation. We also represent our clients in proceedings before public procurement complaint boards (Vergabekammern) and courts, and in complaints to the European Commission.
