RAUE LLP veranstaltet am 8. Juni 2012 in Berlin einen Workshop zu Neuerungen im Vergaberecht. Am 20. Dezember 2011 hat die EU-Kommission Entwürfe für eine Modernisierung der europäischen Vergaberichtlinien und für eine Richtlinie über Konzessionen vorgelegt. Im Dezember 2011 wurde die neue VOB/A bekannt gemacht. Diese und weitere praxisrelevante Neuerungen, wie die aktuelle Rechtsprechung zum Vergaberecht und Entwicklungen bei Public Private Partnerships, werden im Workshop vorgestellt und diskutiert.
