RAUE LLP has advised Paragon Partners and NRW.Bank Mittelstandsfonds on the sale of PAKi Logistics. The price has not been disclosed. PAKI Logistics GmbH is a logistics service provider based in Germany with more than 100 employees organizing the logistics services of 2 million pallets and cargo carriers in Europe. The buyer is the Dutch Faber Halbertsma Groep, Europe's largest pallet producer.
