RAUE LLP has advised a subsidiary of The Paragon Fund I on the acquisition of Wer liefert Was? GmbH. The company is sold by the Swedish Bisnode Group for approximately EUR 79 million (SEK 710 million).

Wer liefert Was? GmbH is headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, with subsidiaries in Austria and Switzerland. The company history reaches back until the 1930’s. Wer liefert Was? is a leading B2B supplier search engine for products and services in Germany and German-speaking countries.  The company reached a turnover of EUR 31 million in 2010 and has 200 employees across Europe.
