Raue LLP successfully represented the Berlin Chamber of Industry and Commerce in two proceedings before the Higher Administrative Court of Berlin-Brandenburg questioning the effectiveness of the fee regulations of the chamber.
The Higher Administrative Court followed the arguments of the chamber of industry and commerce on all issues and confirmed in particular the regulations contained in the contribution system that refer to large companies. The decisions of the Higher Administrative Court are final and of fundamental importance for all chambers of industry and commerce in Germany.

sixt e-ventures GmbH, a subsidiary of Sixt AG, has acquired a participation in Scondoo GmbH. Scondoo operates a mobile platform for cash-back offers from brand name manufacturers in the consumer goods industry. Raue LLP advised sixt e-ventures Ltd. on the transaction.
