RAUE LLP hat Paragon Partners und den NRW.Bank Mittelstandsfonds bei der Veräußerung von PAKi Logistics beraten. Über den Kaufpreis wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart. PAKi Logistics GmbH ist ein in Deutschland ansässiger Logistikdienstleister, der mit mehr als 100 Mitarbeitern den logistischen Service von 2 Millionen Paletten und Ladungsträgern in ganz Europa organisiert. Käufer ist die niederländische Faber Halbertsma Groep, Europas größter Palettenproduzent.

Younicos AG, a company specializing in the development of energy-storage systems for power from renewable sources, has secured 20 million Euro in equity funding. In addition to existing investors, the Swiss fund aeris CAPITAL has invested in the clean tech company. RAUE LLP advised Younicos on this financing round.

RAUE LLP has significantly strengthened ist commitment to pro bono advice. As of January 1, the firm has become a member of Pro Bono Deutschland e.V., the first association of leading law firms in Germany advancing the idea of free legal advice for charitable organizations.
Furthermore, managing partner Christian von Hammerstein has been named a member of the Board of the International Senior Lawyers Project Europe (ISPL). The international organization ISLP provides the pro bono services of skilled and experienced lawyers to promote human rights, equitable and sustainable economic development and the rule of law worldwide.

RAUE LLP has advised a subsidiary of The Paragon Fund I on the acquisition of Wer liefert Was? GmbH. The company is sold by the Swedish Bisnode Group for approximately EUR 79 million (SEK 710 million).
Wer liefert Was? GmbH is headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, with subsidiaries in Austria and Switzerland. The company history reaches back until the 1930’s. Wer liefert Was? is a leading B2B supplier search engine for products and services in Germany and German-speaking countries. The company reached a turnover of EUR 31 million in 2010 and has 200 employees across Europe.
